We just wrapped up a fantastic three-month program with GymGuyz, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had the pleasure of working with Pedro, Francisco, and Shelby — all of whom were professional, supportive, and a lot of fun to work with. We also teamed up with Shelby for nutrition coaching and were very pleased with the guidance and results. The program was well-rounded, engaging, and truly enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend GYMGUYZ! Francisco worked with my 8yo son on some specific needs, and not only was he always there with a smile and high energy, I saw a lot of improvement in my sons mobility and overall strength over just a couple months. They are truly excited about and focused on meeting you where you are and striving with you toward whatever goals you have. We worked with Pedro and Francisco and they have great attitudes and care about their work and about you as an individual. I cant say enough good things about our experience!

We had a wonderful experience with Shelby, Amy and Nathan. They came and trained our two boys (8 & 9) over the summer while sports were off. It was a great way to keep them active and conditioned for their sports.

GYMGUYZ was an absolute pleasure to work with. Pedro and Francisco took time to listen and learn what our son needed, and were diligent about making adjustments along the way. They put together fun and effective workouts for our 8-year old, and the strength and mobility gains he made were very noticeable. They are a great value and top-tier trainers.
