This is the first time we tried mobile pet grooming and it will definitely not be our last. Lance was wonderful with our dogs and we couldn't be happier with the job he did. I highly recommend him for anyone in the market for a mobile pet grooming service.

She is very dependable, if we have to go somewhere, we can count on her to attempt to rearrange her schedule so that she can be here for us. She has always taken very good care of our pets and probably gives them more attention and affection than we do. She does the grooming whenever it is needed at very little additional cost and her prices are very reasonable!

Usually our dog Ty goes to the groomer he comes back tired, stressed out and very sad. I decided to try mobile pet grooming to see how he would do. Ty looked and smelled fantastic and was wagging his tail as soon as he walked in the front door. Ty was in and out in about an hour! I definitely will be using Natural Pet Mobile Grooming going forward. Thank you for the kindness and warmth you showed my senior pet. 5 Stars for sure!!!

We have 4 precious girls that we take to Sherry's Pampered Pets for Grooming. They are always happy to book all 4 at once which makes it so much easier to drop off and pick in one trip. My girls seem to enjoy the open pen with other friends while waiting for us to pick them up! If you are in need of a great groomer, give them a call and try them out! They are wonderful! 602-866-3811

I took our two cats, Socks and Izzy for their first visit for a shampoo and shave at Doolittle's Pet Spa yesterday, and will definitely be going back. The worst part of the visit was the trip there as they do not like confinement in their carriers. I was really impressed, We now have two very happy kitties, they are looking, smelling and feeling much better. Debi exudes experience and was very professional, fast and good with my babies, who can be temperamental at times. She is excellent at what she does. I would reccomend Doolittle's Pet Spa to everyone.

Great service, responded immediately. And very professional

If you need to go out of town and you're not able to find care for your pet while you're away, don't stress. If you have last notice plans or event to go to, don't stress. If an emergency occurs and you're left with no choice or no one to look after your pets, and you have no time to schedule somewhere in time, Joey's is a great place that will make all those worries gone! I am here to care for your pets and hopefully help you in any of your situations no matter how last minute or short-noticed it may be. I service as long as needed, as many pets as you need cared for and there is no limit on which animal I will care for. I offer 24/7 care. If you have a 3 a.m. flight to be on and you question if you can drop your animal, the answer is yes! Any time or any day, I'm here to assist and help you along the way. There is no difference if you schedule ahead or you call me 5 minutes beforehand. My services still apply and are available. There is no need to stress on last minute arrangements, bring your pet to my place, and pick them up when you are ready! Your animals will have plenty of room to run around and play, get attention, and be treated with great care. I can provide any extra services if requested (grooming, bathing, giving any medication etc).

I can take care of your pet as my own. I am a very patient person, and I love dogs. I work part-time in the morning, 3 or 4 days a week, so I am okay to take care of them in the afternoon and at night. If you need to travel, I can take care of your pets in my house.

We are a luxurious resort, kennel-free, 24/7 staffed by PET CPR trained employees. The resort has web cams to view your pets from your phone or computer while you are away. We offer daycare, boarding and grooming services.

I enjoy watching dogs and interacting with them, so that's why I would like to spend my time fulfilling people's needs.

I have been in the pet industry since 2004. From walks to giving medicines to house care to bathing, I am comfortable with it all. I have volunteered with several no-kill animal shelters and have transported several hundred animals up and down the east coast. I worked in a low-cost spay and neuter clinic in Kentucky and Virginia. I have 2 dogs, both rescue animals and have gad pets all my life. I teach positive reinforcement as far as training goes.

I will take care of your pets as long as you provide food and everything needed for the pet. I take care of any breed.

I stay with pets while you are out of town. I walk and exercise dogs and horses on a weekly basis. I'm reliable and love animals, and I'm flexible to your schedule! References are available.

I take care of people's pets while they are gone. I love animals and will show them a lot of love and care. I have 10 years of experience. I also house sit, run errands and walk dogs. I will stay overnight or stop by everyday, whatever customer would like.

I have two dogs that I love a lot. I would take care of your pets like I take care of my own. Feeding and cleaning after them are not a problem because they are just like family!

    Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

What is included in a dog grooming?

Dog grooming is so much more than giving your dog a bath. Dog grooming is a broad term that covers all aspects of canine cleanliness and hygiene. The services included in dog grooming will vary based on your needs and what you choose to pay. Unless they are rolling in cowpies or playing in mud puddles, most dogs are okay getting a shampoo bath only as needed. You’ll know when they need it if they smell bad or are bringing dirt into the house. Some dogs, like shepherds and shih tzus, have thick coats that can get matted and tangled without regular care. Pro dog groomers can deftly blow dry a dog’s hair after a bath so that it is shiny and smooth. Dog grooming can include brushing that detangles dog hair and also thins the undercoat to minimize shedding.

Dog grooming also includes hygiene services such as toothbrushing and ear cleaning. Clean teeth are important to the health of your dog, and the pros have the patience and proper technique to get it done. Regular dog grooming can stave off tear stains, those reddish stains below your dog’s eyes. Anal gland expression is something not many people want to do on their own, even if they love their dog. A dog groomer can safely and efficiently release any blocked anal gland fluid. Other dog grooming services include nail trimming and clipping. Nationally, dog grooming prices range from $60 to $80. Most dog groomers offer discounts to customers who purchase monthly packages or bundle multiple grooming services at one time.

Do cats have to get groomed?

It’s not crazy to have your cat groomed. Grooming will keep your cat’s fur soft and silky as well as give you early warning about any health concerns. Regular grooming can also help reduce the volume of hair your cat may be shedding and keep your longhair kitty cool if you live in a warm climate. Professionals competently groom your cat and are trained to manage them if they resist being groomed, while you may get scratched doing the same task. The national average price for cat grooming is $50-$70. Pet grooming prices may vary based on the task. For example, a bath and brush for shorthair cats may be $15, $20 for medium-hair cats, and $25 for a longhair. Cat groomers can also keep your cat’s ears cleaned, trim their nails, and provide haircuts if needed. Average prices for haircuts can vary from $30 to $95 or more, depending on whether the cat is shy or aggressive and whether their coat is in good condition, matted, or otherwise difficult to groom.

    What is a dog groomer?

A dog groomer is a service professional who provides dog grooming and basic hygiene care for your dog. Dog groomers are typically animal lovers who are competent and comfortable working with a wide range of dog breeds and temperaments. Dog groomers are knowledgeable about the care needs for different kinds of dog coats. A poodle will have different haircut needs than a shih tzu, for example, so it pays to have a trained pro provide the proper cut. Good dog groomers know how to safely clean your dog’s teeth, bathe your dog, and cut their nails without going too short. They understand how to trim the hair from around your dog’s face, express anal glands, and clean your dog’s ears. Many people who choose dog grooming as a profession also pursue other dog services such as attending veterinary school, running a doggy day care center, working as a professional dog walker, and more.

    What is a dog groomer?

Keep your family dogs happy, healthy and clean with regular dog grooming. A dog groomer is a business owner or employee of a dog grooming business who specializes in dog hygiene and grooming. To find a reputable dog groomer, research reviews, ask for references and confirm that the groomer has good standing in the dog grooming community.

A dog groomer should be comfortable and competent working with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. Typically a groomer will have trained with other groomers and taken educational courses to keep abreast of the latest safety information and techniques. There are brick-and-mortar dog grooming businesses, as well as mobile dog groomers who bring all their equipment and provide their services at your home or location. In some cases, brick-and-mortar businesses will also pick up and return your dog for an additional fee.

Where can you get your cat groomed?

Cat grooming keeps your cat’s fur tangle-free and clean. Most businesses that offer dog grooming or general pet grooming also offer cat grooming; some businesses even specialize solely in cat grooming. Look for a professional who has training grooming cats or belongs to a professional association such as the National Cat Groomers Institute, because cat grooming techniques can be different than for dogs. Cat grooming can encompass a wide range of services. In addition to haircutting, hair detangling and hairstyling, cat groomers can trim cat nails, clean out your cat’s ears, give flea baths, demat, trim facial fur, bathe and even blow-dry your cat. Health safety and etiquette requires your cat to be in good health and have all their vaccinations before using grooming services.
