Not only did they come in the lowest estimate by far (more than 13,000 cheaper than highest bid we received, and $3500 cheaper than the lowest), but that price included a membership program that provided two tune ups for our three existing systems and a 15% discount on all work! They found issues that three other companies (including Desert Diamond and Semper Fi) MISSED in their tune ups and maintenance of our units. And we paid them a great deal more! I highly recommend this company! They're amazing, highly skilled, honest and hard working!"See more

Jon and Ray were awesome. They were quick, knowledgeable and well priced.

I needed a blown breaker replaced and a new capacitor. Both parts were put in promptly. They answered all my questions in great detail and were never trying to push unneeded services on me like other HVAC companies.

I highly recommend them and will be calling them back for future HVAC needs. Thanks guys for a great job.

Had an awesome experience with this HVAC company. From the start, communication was great they kept me in the loop the whole time and were very informative. They came out quickly, didn’t waste any time, and got the job done right. They even price matched another company I was considering, but still installed a better quality product. On top of that, they gave me a first responder discount, which I really appreciated. Super professional, fair, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

It's plain and simple folks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with any one OTHER than J AND J HVAC!!! Jon and Ray really know their stuff. They are efficient and EXTREMELY thorough. They fixed multiple problems that the OTHER AC guy couldn't fix after 5 or more trips. These guys work so well together!!! (I am pretty sure at one point they were communicating telepathically), but these guys are ON THE MONEY. And let's talk about money: THEY ARE WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!!! They came out promptly and were very communicative throughout the entire diagnostic process. The best way to put it (we're all adults here), THIS IS NO BULLSHIT SERVICE. These guys are MY AC GUYS for life. Thanks Jon and Ray for an excellent customer service experience!

Where do I begin to tell you of the great experience working with Sam? I am so, so impressed. For starters, he is honest and has tons of integrity. He does not try to upsale you to pad his bill. I was told of the charge for maintenance up front. I also loved the super quick reply after I posted the job. He arrived promptly (on a Sunday with no extra charge) within the time frame indicted and let me know when he was about 20 minutes away. He got right to work on the units and running the diagnostics. These are side by side outdoor ground units (large and small). After taking pressure readings, He went into the attic to check on the smaller unit which had been out of commission for some time. He discovered a part which needed a replacement and had this apparent common part on his truck. Cost of the part was negligible. Keep in mind another person told me this unit would require a major repair. My husband accompanied Sam into the attic and Sam essentially gave my husband a tutorial on HVAC systems. Before you know it both units were up and running perfectly. The house is super cool and the price was so, so fair and reasonable. I even added about a 15% tip! I can now check out of the Hampton Inn in Goodyear where my family and I stayed last night. (The hotel room was better than the 88 degrees in my home last night, but the in-room unit could benefit from some work by Sam). Sam is the real deal and if you are tired of dealing with folks who want to rob you blind, look no further than Sam. God bless.
