- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a basic price list that I guide myself by..However, please keep in mind that alterations and tailoring are highly individualized to your specific needs. This price list is a guideline and prices may vary depending on the complexity or simplicity of work needed to be done on garments
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Besides seamstress...individualized attention to each of my customers is my priority. I will always be upfront and honest about costs, or whether or not I can do the job. My goal is to keep satisfied customers long term. I stride for putting out quality work in every job...and the best compliment to my business and I is a referral from our customers...I am also a full time mom and wife. Born and raised in Arizona!
