- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated at all and all of our work and pricing is laid out before we begin our work. If any changes are made, we will go over it with you and agree upon a price before we continue our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up and attend as many classes that I can through IICRC certification but often get better results with researching online the newest trends as well as any other information that I may not be aware of.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in the carpet industry and through talking with other business owners moved from one business to another and gained the experience as well as the training to do stone, and tile and thats where I am today. I also like hands on work and I love to create and stone and tile allows me to be creative and make my customers visions come to life. I want my customers to look at their finished product and be happy and satisfied when they look at their investment.
