We needed a big paloverde tree trimmed, thinned out, and a dead branch cut and removed. We explained and sent photos to her showing the size of the tree and the details of the work needed to be completed. She quoted me a price that she could do the job for, so we went with her company. She rescheduled the arrival/start time twice the day of arrival and then when they showed up, told us that they could not complete the entire job for the amount of money she quoted us. They only did about half the job needed for the money and then ended up charging an additional $25 for another branch that broke while they were trimming the tree which we had to pay because if we didn’t, the dead branch would have been left sitting across our entire front yard so we had no choice. They were here about 45 minutes total and only did a little over 1/2 the work needed. They said that we’d need to pay hundreds of dollars more to complete the entire job. Overall I’m not happy with how we were treated or with this company and I would not recommended or use them again.

They removed three large tree stumps and an orange tree for us so we could have a new driveway installed. They did all of the work in a matter of hours! The work was done well and the stumps were grinded down deep enough that the concrete installers had no issues. They were able to come out within days of me contacting them, and their pricing was very reasonable! We will definitely use them again in the future!
