- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually like to charge by the job, not hourly. That way customers never feel like I'm milking the clock. And that way the client knows how much the total will be, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let them show me what needs to be done and than I'll explain my plan on how I'll approach the job and keep them up to date throughout the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Covid certified through Air bnb. And 14 years hands on experience. Worked as cleaning tech in ER and Operating room in Germany for 5 years.
