Introduction: I always work hard in striving to vary my tutoring style to meet the learning needs of my individual customer. I have always gone beyond what is expected to help my customers reach their goals. Everyone who know me agrees that I am a good teacher and that I like to teach. My favorite subjects are Calculus and Trigonometry. I enjoy my time at school. I feel great learning from my students as well as my principal and colleagues. It is really nice to live with students who are very friendly and ready to associate with me. The atmosphere cannot but make me want to go there every time.

For 2 years, I served as a tutor in Ms. Kim's Algebra II classes at San Manuel High School. This gave me ample opportunity to observe her ability to communicate sometimes difficult material to high school juniors/seniors. She has excellent command of the subject matter. However, I think her most outstanding attribute is her ability to make the students feel at ease and motivate them to do the work. Her classes are well organized and the time available in class is used efficiently. It is clear that a lot of thought went into determining how best to define, address and solve a variety of algebraic problems. I'm confident that she will be an effective math tutor.

I have been a volunteer tutor in Ms Kim's math classes at San Manuel High School for the past two years. She is able to explain complicated mathematics to her students and evaluate their progress very well. Her classes are orderly and well behaved while she keeps a positive rapport with her students. She is well groomed and has a very professional appearance.Her cl;asses consist of a short group review of previous lessons and presentation of new material. This is followed by individual work in class. Ms. Kim circulates around the class and helps individual students as needed. I look forward to working in her classes next year...

Mrs. Kim has been my math teacher for a little over 2 years now. She is also my college MATH 121 professor, and I can ask her for help and she is always willing to help me. She loves helping her students, one on one or group teaching. I really enjoy being her student.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Over 6 years of tutoring and teaching experience from my college I found out that Mathematics is not just numbers but it is about patterns and building concepts in your mind. I realized that it is important to learn about one idea at a time and make sure you understand it and do plenty of exercises so you become expert. Also it is more important to know the ideas and understand the concepts than to remember the formulas and apply it to solve the problems. If you know how things work, you can always use it and expand it in different place. Remember read the problem, think about it, write down or sketch it out and then try to answer questions, that all helps to get the ideas into your mind.
