- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
What does it mean for an AC company to be licensed, bonded and insured? * Licensed - is registered with the State to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. * Bonded - has secured funds (controlled by the state) that are available for consumer claims against us. * Insured - is insured in the unlikely event of an accident. [BP is licensed bonded and insured as well as a business in the Better Business Bureau!] How do I know Im getting a fair price on service and repair? Quality work should carry a higher priority than a cheap price. There are many individuals, as well as companies, out there that are unlicensed and will work for a very cheap price; but wait until something goes wrong. Suddenly you can't find them anywhere. It's a good idea to select a contractor that relies on YOU, the customer, for their livelihood.
