- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our manufacturers and suppliers offer low cost and sometimes free education. Me and all of my technicians regularly attend these courses to refresh our knowledge and to become familiar with new equipment and methods.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My father was the previous owner of this company, so I grew up in the industry. I am a very logical, and mechanical minded person, plus love working with my hands so this industry suits me well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We have a good split between Air conditioning and heating service and repairs, and appliance repairs.
