- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fair with my pricing and will work with the customer within reason. Typically I ask for a base pay of $80 for a simple fix. If it will take multiple hours we can discuss rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call the customer first to ask clarifying information and then set a time to make the repair. I will be there at the time set, professionally dressed and ready to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my EPA 608 certification which ensures I can work on heating/cooling appliances and boilers in homes as well as commercial systems.
