Andrew was amazing to work with. He was ALWAYS available to answer his phone — after hours or weekends. Anytime our HOA needed something, he took care of it. And his father, Jerry, was just as professional and easy to work with, twice driving all the way out to our community after-hours because two of our board members had questions. The quality of EAM’s work was outstanding, and they stand behind their product with a great warranty. They also provided Technical Data Sheets, no questions asked, so that our HOA knew what materials they were using for our roads. That kind of transparency is hard to come by. Finally, I will add that our HOA isn’t the easiest to work with, but EAM was always patient, professional, and available. Thanks, Andrew and Jerry.
