EAM Asphalt provided crack repair, 2 seal coats, and restriping to our church parking lot in Tucson. Their work was very thorough and timely from parking lot preparation to the finished striping. It was a pleasure working with Andrew Adams who was very responsive in communicating with me, and very conscientious about the quality of the work. We will use EAM Asphalt again.

Andrew and his team did a phenomenal jib replacing my gravel apron with asphalt… I’m so happy to have this done within 24hrs of contacting them through Thumbtack. Communication was great and the process was seamless. Thanks again!!

I had EAM do maintenance and repair to our commercial building parking lot. They were hired to do patching, crack filling and seal coating and they did it fast for a good price!

Andrew was amazing to work with. He was ALWAYS available to answer his phone — after hours or weekends. Anytime our HOA needed something, he took care of it. And his father, Jerry, was just as professional and easy to work with, twice driving all the way out to our community after-hours because two of our board members had questions. The quality of EAM’s work was outstanding, and they stand behind their product with a great warranty. They also provided Technical Data Sheets, no questions asked, so that our HOA knew what materials they were using for our roads. That kind of transparency is hard to come by. Finally, I will add that our HOA isn’t the easiest to work with, but EAM was always patient, professional, and available. Thanks, Andrew and Jerry.
