- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for commercial / residential window tinting is typically figured by the square foot of window film measured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After discussing your particular needs for tinting we can either schedule a time to measure the windows in person or you can take measurements yourself. Once we have the information you will get a quote usually right then or within a few hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive training in window film application standards and practices. We follow all application standards and procedures from Eastman Chemical and Llumar Window Films.
