We started out just getting carpet cleaned and ended up adding on tile cleaning as well because Robert was so good at his job so we will definately be spreading the word on such a well done job.👍

Robert spent nearly 3 hours cleaning our 2 bedroom condo. It looks almost new. He was prompt and friendly. We had our carpets cleaned 3 months ago by another company and we weren't satisfied with the results. The other company said we might want to replace the carpet if we weren't happy. The other company's representative only spent about 20 minutes cleaning the carpet, and Robert spent almost 3 hours. Because of Robert, we don't need to spend thousands on new carpet. Thank you, Robert, for a great job.

Robert really is the BEST, so his business is appropriately named. I was in a pinch, needing a carpet cleaning for my rental house upon moving out, which happened to be over Memorial Day weekend. When I called, it was less than a week before the work needed to be done. My original quote from another company was way over budget, especially given that my primary goal was just that it be cleaned "good enough" to get my deposit back. It was an old, low-quality carpet that seemed to stain every time anything so much as touched it, not to mention the fact that the vanity area was carpeted (mistake! why do people do this?!) and had some cosmetic spills and even a hair dye spot, as well as a few pet stains throughout (many of which I didn't know about until the rooms were empty - darn sneaky critters!). Robert undercut the other guy's price by a good $175, and he held to that price when he returned to do the job and discovered more pet stains than I knew about when he gave his estimate. He was able to get everything out, including get the hair dye drips and the spot with the worst pet soiling. I couldn't in good conscience hold him to his original pricing because I realized he had gone way above and beyond for me. I ended up paying him more than he asked, but still saved at least $130 over the competitor I had originally booked with. There is a reason Robert has so many 5-star reviews. I will hire him for any future jobs I have, without hesitation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No sales gimmicks and no hidden costs. All prices are quoted up front in writing. We will do a walk-through with the home/business owner to insure all questions and concerns have been addressed. If you prefer a phone estimate, we will do our best to accurately quote you a price. However; a firm quote will be presented prior to service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key, making sure that the customers expectations are understood and met and complete satisfaction is obtained.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience dating back to 1986 working for different carpet cleaning companies to owning my first carpet cleaning company "Reliable" (sold 1990). Re-locating to Nevada for fourteen years now back in Arizona with my second carpet cleaning company "BEST".
