We train our techs to clean until they don't see any improvement - we don't charge extra to pre-treat normal spots, soiling, or traffic lanes. Hey, we figure that's why you called us! We had a great experience with Brimley’s! From first communication to appointment, very professional. We especially appreciated our technician Alex — he was a gem! Great customer service, great to talk to, and he got a stain out of a piece of furniture I didn’t think was possible — that was HUGE! We would use Brimley and request Alex specifically in the future for our carpet/tile needs!

We moved into a new home and needed the carpetscleaned bad! They sent 2 guys to clean the carpets and unfortunately I wasn't happy with the finished product. So I called to see what they could do for us. They send another man and I wish I could remember his name so I could give hime a shout out but OMG he did an amazing job. Our carpets looked brand new. And he did it alone. I'm so pleased with the final result and the excellent customer service. Thank you.

Brimley’s did a great job! Unfortunately, my puppy had a few accidents in our rental. Not only did the tech take care of it, he explained the process which helped me understand why Brimley’s process was better than other carpetcleaners who surface-clean.

I insisted on a tech who is vaccinated; that became difficult until I found Brimley’s. As well, the service was excellent—my carpets look and are much cleaner. I will absolutely use their service again.

We do offer discounts for multi services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 8-step cleaning process we do with every customer. With our new customers our technician will do a Pre inspection to go over areas and the estimate to make sure its correct before we start cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all of our technicians stay up to date with all the latest training and equipment from Chem Dry. New technicians go through a 4 week training with a senior technician before ever going out on jobs alone.
