If anyone is looking to get great clean service then jose is your guy. My carpets turned out fabulous. Jose took his time in cleaning and doubke checked his work. I have never had such great service. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends

I had an experience with a human not just a cleaner. This man goes out of his way and happens to be the most generous person I've encountered all year. I was quoted $70 for the job to clean my living room bedroom and hallway. But since I will be moving in (and not familiar with the home process) , apparently I didn't check to ensure the water was turned on (it was on the day before but clearly it was shut off as the lease switched over to my name). He asked if it was okay to speak with the neighbors about using theirs. He went over and worked something out and they accepted. My 3 year old talked and talked as he worked and I scrubbed the floor and he responded to her nonstop interrogation And laughed with her but I could tell he was making sure he focused on stained areas. In my poorly lit living room. He noticed I was tirelessly scrubbing the tile in the kitchen with a scrub brush/& 409 on hands/knees so he went to retrieve a container and tool from his truck and showed me how to use it. I did as he said and as he completed the carpet he brought out a tile cleaner and began cleaning the tile. Not only did he do that at no charge but I noticed as he went over to thank the neighbor for allowing us to use the water, he paid him! I wanted to shell out my entire paycheck to this man for his kindness and service but he humbly refused. So he was prompt and informed me of schedule hiccups, he is good with kids (that never stop talking) but still focuses on the job and he basically left underpaid. He deserves to thrive because as a single mother during Christmas, he surely served as our angel. I wish Armando the best and I suggest you hire him!

Very quick to respond. I created a project to clean my carpets at 10 pm on a Friday night, received a response by 1030pm and Armando was out here at 930 the next morning. His service was fast, friendly, and good quality work.

Armando was very quick to respond prior to setting up the appointment. He did an excellent job with cleaning of carpets in my rental property. The carpet was in pretty bad shape but Armando did everything possible to make it look nicer and in the end the result was pretty good. I will use Armando for future cleaning jobs.

CHOOSE THIS GUY! Look no further, because Armando at Happy Wand is the guy you want to hire to clean your carpet and tile! I initially hired Armando to clean and seal the grout in my tile. He did a great job. It just so happened that the day before, I had hired someone else on Thumbtack (with very good reviews) to clean all the carpeted areas in my house. This other guy did not use a steam machine but instead sprayed some chemical and then scrubbed the carpet with a floor buffer with a pad attachment.
When Armando arrived at my house to clean my grout, he asked if I needed any carpet cleaning, and he was surprised when I told him I had just had my carpet cleaned the day before. He noticed that the carpet didn't look fully clean, and he steam cleaned a couple of my stairs (which had just been cleaned by the other guy the day before) to show me that he could get the carpet cleaner. What a difference in Armando's cleaning and the other guy! The improvement was immediately noticeable! So, for a VERY reasonable price, Armando steam cleaned my stairs, hallway, and family room. The results were fantastic! Keep in mind that all these areas had been cleaned by someone else just 24 hours prior, but the improvement in cleanliness and appearance of the carpet after Armando was finished was very dramatic.
Armando was extremely courteous and worked very hard while he was at my house, and like I said, the results of his work were magnificent! I wouldn't take the time to write such a long review if I didn't think he was absolutely the best. Hire Armando at Happy Wand, and you will be very satisfied with his work!
