I was thrilled to find Chef Amee to help handle the catering for our recent film production set. She provided several meals over a two week period for a cast and crew that averaged 15 to 25 people daily. Everyone loved her cooking and menu selection. I appreciated that she communicated with me frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and she had the needed patience to adjust to our changing shooting schedule. Amee is very pleasant to work with and I would definitely consider her for our next project! I would highly recommend her!

Chef Amee was wonderful. Very helpful enjoys teaching. You could tell that she does it because she loves it and it's not just a job. The girls loved how she explained everything so well. Highly recomend and would love to use her again in the future.

Amee provided a private cooking class for me, my mom and my sister for my birthday. She developed a menu of foods I and was flexible as to the time of the class. She was well-prepared, professional, and answered all of our many, many questions. She is fun, too! It was exactly what I was looking for.
