Gordon was very friendly, helpful and efficient. My laptop computer was thoroughly scanned, viruses and malware eliminated along with unnecessary outdated virus protection software and add-ins. I went to BYTS to get a virus removed from my OS. There was a major problem where my OS was corrupted and most shops probably would have just deleted all the files, then put in new OS, but these guys spent about 5 hours redoing everything in the partitions and saved everything:I still cant believe it. Satisfied is not the word. I will definitely only go to this shop for all my computer problems in future.

We are constantly taking classes when new versions and products become available. We also have to keep our certifications current.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did not have money growing up and wanted to get a computer. Once I was old enough to start working after school, I purchased some old machines from a swap meet. After blowing one up, and getting the other working I saw the challenges involved and I was hooked.
