- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to get a look at the job to see what service and materials are needed , of course , that is free of charge. I then usually go with customer to Home Depot etc to let them pick out devices , fixtures, etc.< that way they know what they are actually paying for parts, and since I had already given them a price on my labor, there is no confusion or suprises to the customer.

My dad was a lineman for 40 plus years . He was on the examining board of IBEW , and an inspector for SRP
