- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes the costs of materials and the labor. I’m competitive with other licensed contractors in my area and market, but prices do vary depending on quality of materials and workmanship, other contractors may be using lower quality materials at a lower price. I do offer a 10%military and senior discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to build an understanding of the materials being used and try to get an understanding of what the customer expects from the final product. Repeat customers take up most of my business so I like to leave every customer with the potential to be a client for lif
