Scott and Pestworks are amazing. We're in a new home in a new community. Since we closed in October, we've had tons of people stop trying to get our business for pest control. We tried one other and it was a bad experience. When Scott stopped to see us, it was literally about 5 minutes after another company had stopped. Scott was different though and we really clicked. He was personable versus trying to "sell us". One of the things he said to us that day was, "I don't do contracts...I want to earn your business to keep it." That sold me on giving him a shot.Their rates are really reasonable, no contracts and it's always been Scott that comes to do the service. He's punctual, friendly, and always starts with a series of questions to see if we have particular concerns or if we've seen anything. He gets to know us and our property since he's the one that's come out to service it. We haven't had any issues at all since he started. He's definitely earned my trust and confidence long-term, which isn't easy.
