- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically repairs and opener installs will be made on the first and only visit. Our service trucks are stocked and we are ready to get your door back on track. Installation of new doors will vary depending upon the product selected. Standard doors will usually be installed within 48 hours. Special orders generally take 2 - 3 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take pride in what we do. Our company is licensed, insured, and bonded. On the job training, with actual problems and real solutions is the way we have been schooled.
