Ori is the BEST service repair guy I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Another company told me I needed a new garage door and I called Ori, he came out quickly and saved me THOUSANDS! I recommend him to everyone.

I feel bad that I can't recall the names of the two men that came and repaired my garage door. They were amazing. They arrived 20 minutes after I called the office. They identified my problem gave me a fair quote and did the work in about 30 minutes. I was very happy to find an honest dependable company. I would recommend them and would also use them again if I needed to. The photos show the broken spring and the new spring they replaced it with.

Ori did an excellent job for us today. He was very thorough in his inspection and clearly advised us on the issues and costs involved with repairs and new install. He was very detail-oriented and stayed on schedule perfectly. He went above and beyond assisting with the setting up of the app and explaining all of the features. He was very personable and kind. I’ll definitely recommend Jason and Iconic Garage Doors!!! Thank you so much for a hassle-free experience!!

Exceptional service from Cactus Garage Door Repair! A good friend had recommended them. They gave me call back within 5 minutes to schedule an appointment, and the technician arrived within the hour. The technician (Keith) was very friendly and professional, and was able to spot the issue just by looking at the door, the garage door cable snapped on one side. He gave me an estimate on the spot, and then quickly replaced the cables on both sides (recommended). After replacing the cables, he lubricated the hardware and even offered some tips on how to maintain the garage door for longer life. Overall, I am very happy with their honest service, and price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Cactus Garage Door Repair to anyone in need of garage door related services.

Called Tuesday afternoon. Garage door was fixed for a very competitive price Wednesday morning in about 20 minutes. Friendly guy did the work, didn't try to tack on extra expenses (had that happen with a different garage door company), and answered questions about my other door.
