- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rental price list is on line so that our clients can get a good idea of what our rental prices are before they make a decision. Flowers are a little different since there are so many choices and variables, so we try to sit down with our clients and make sure that they get the designs that they want within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to sit down with our clients and design a custom event for them based on their colors, theme and budget. By taking the time to get to know them we can make suggestions and sometime catch things that they have missed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the only Master Wedding Vendor, ABC in the State of Arizona. With over 30 years of experience, I have also spoken at many industry conferences and was the Phoenix Chapter President for The National Association of Catering and Events and the State Manager for the Association of Bridal Consultants.
