Mary’s Guitar Lessons

I offer personalized guitar lessons with a warm, humanistic approach, tailoring each session to your goals, interests, and learning style. I have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in Music Therapy at ASU, which deeply informs how I teach and connect with students. During my degree program I was in multiple large and small ensembles, including a pit orchestra. I am currently in a rock band outside of school. I am highly enthusiastic about playing with others! I work one-on-one with students once a week on a monthly tuition basis. My background is in rock, pop, and classical. I teach on nylon, steel-string, and electric guitar. I also offer electric bass and ukulele lessons. Whether you’re a total beginner or returning to your instrument, I’d love to help you explore the wide world of guitar.
