- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge by the hour with a one hour minimum. I tend to only take only smaller projects these days allowing me to provide service for more people. I do work at a moderate pace and do not like to waste time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get as much information from them as possible to start with. I give them my hourly rate. Is some cases I will provide a detailed scope of work to be performed that them the opportunity to see what they are paying for and also gives them an opportunity make any addendums or exclusions prior to work being performed. This keeps us both on the same level of understanding the task at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High School, some community college, numerous certifications from manufacturer’s trainings, and hands on training from the general and sub contractors I have worked for.
