- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its not to complicated but there is a lot of extras sometimes the customer isn't aware about. Things they may not see that we as an installer do. We have base pricing for different floors but prices can vary. That's why we give free estimates and highly advise having us come out to the job first before bidding online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is pretty simple. We usually like to set up a measure and estimate at the property you are having the work done at to make sure all your needs are met. Then we work up a price for whichever product you are going with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not a lot of continuing education because not a lot of things change, most of is small changes like glues or different locking systems. We take classes from the manufacturer's when the time comes
