- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free consultation so we can talk through your goals, schedule, and whether in-home or online coaching is the best fit. Pricing depends on the type of support you’re looking for, how often we meet, and whether you choose personal training, nutrition coaching, health coaching, or a combination. My goal is to keep coaching realistic, supportive, and tailored to you—without pressure or one-size-fits-all packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start with a free consultation so I can learn more about your goals, lifestyle, schedule, and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, I’ll recommend the best fit—whether that’s in-home personal training, online coaching, health and nutrition support, or a combination. Once we begin, I’ll keep things simple, realistic, and supportive. We’ll focus on building strength, confidence, healthier habits, and a routine that actually works for your life. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, encouraged, and never intimidated.
