FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

An individual session for Class IV Laser therapy is priced at $65! This session can be anywhere from 8-30 minutes dependent on your injury/pain. We offer deals on packaging! If you purchase a package of 5 treatment sessions, the price per session drops to $50 ($250 total). If you purchase a package of 10 treatment sessions, the price per session drops to $40 ($400 total).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A highly-trained laser therapy provider provides an evaluation to assess medical history and patient pain. After this consultation, a laser therapist will walk the patient through a treatment plan that will best fit the injury and the patient. The first treatment will then be provided on the day of evaluation; other treatments will follow as agreed upon by patient and therapist.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started with laser therapy in my youth with horses! I grew up on a ranch rodeoing and we used lasers often on sore/injured horses. Horses don't have a placebo effect- they either get better or they don't. My horses loved treatment, performed better, recovered faster- I knew laser therapy worked! After college, my boss whom I had previously been an intern for offered me this opportunity- now here I am!
