Me and my wife recently had a home inspection done in Buckeye with Nick through Blue Canyon Home Inspections, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Nick was extremely thorough and detailed. He pointed out a lot of things we would have never noticed on our own and took the time to clearly explain what was important, what was minor, and what we should keep an eye on.
He was professional, patient, and easy to talk to. As buyers, that gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend Nick and Blue Canyon Home Inspections to anyone needing a quality inspection.
