As soon as I hired Nick to inspect my home, the builder decided to blow in more insulation into my attic. Nick also found a vast list of unfinished and broken items. He also identified things that were not installed properly. The builder should have found all these things but didn't bother to hire an inspector. Everyone purchasing a home whether new or previously lived in, should hire. Nick to do their inspection.
