Nick was incredible. Not only did he help us find things that weren't easy noticed, he inspected the pool and hot tub and provided a termite inspection. He even identified an hvac issue and a possible roof is. He went the extra step and referred me to specific persons that could help analyze and if necessary, fix the problems. Definitely a 5 plus with this gentleman. He is also a Marine Corps veteran.
