I had bought a spa from Nick 2 years ago and few days back it stopped heating, I called nick he came next day and found that it was in economy mode, he changed settings in seconds, showed me how to do it if it happens again. I never write a review, but I have never had such a good experience with service with any product I have ever bought, nick came out even though it was my fault that I changed settings in the spa and still did not charge anything (though I paid him some tip). Nick you are the best. Whole Phoenix should buy hot tubs only from you lol. Don't ever change man, your kindness is your credibility. I wrote too much lol but you deserve it. Thank you so much again.
