- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We all have budgets we always do our best to offer our services at a price that meets your budget. Meeting with our clients in the homes and providing a free quote allows us to see exactly what services are needed for your home. Providing a in home quote also ensures we fully understand and are able to meet your needs at a price comfortable to you. All services and prices will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of any service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with every client in their home before booking any services. Providing accurate pricing and time estimates without seeing and discussing your homes needs is extremely difficult. All quotes are priced per the homes individual needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get quotes from multiple companies. Discuss how the services are priced, how many cleaners will be present and the amount of time needed to complete the clean. Many cleaning services provide quotes based on the number of hours and cleaners and will charge extra if the needs of your home exceed their estimate time frame.
