- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill by the minute. Which makes it easy. We use a proprietary software to determine the estimation for how long it will take to clean your home, and then we do our best to stick within that time frame. If we are going to overshot the time because areas needed more attention, we will give you ample warning to allow you to pick the areas we focus on in the remaining time or to grant us a little more time to complete the entire job. We are usually pretty good on the estimations though and don't go over very often.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I live by the motto "inspect what you expect". I also happen to have been a professional corporate trainer for 10 years before deciding to buy a business. So I a trainer, and I work on the areas that I see lacking from my frequent customer visits. I don't hide at the office, I am out with the maids, and making sure the client is taken care of with zero exception.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have two types of clients for the most part. Recurring customers that we visit at least one time per month, many are weekly. The other customer is a one-time cleaning. Either for a move-in/out, house flip, airbnb, or just a seasonal clean. We are happy to do any of the above, and customize to your needs.
