I wish they’d let me select all 5 on the previous page. Wonderful experience working with Distinguished Manor. I had requested multiple quotes for a move out clean and they were fairly priced, not pushy, not salesy, and made me feel like they were there to take care of me. When it came to fulfillment they over delivered. The cleaning required more work than originally anticipated and they never once complained or mentioned any increase to the bill. 10/10 recommend and would use them again and again.

I had a wonderful experience with the service provided by Distinguished Manor.
I had a small window in which the cleaning needed to be done. Alyssa responded to my request right away and was able to start the job within 48 hours of the request. Once she was there she expertly cleaned the property and was able to improve the look exponentially so the property could be put on the market.
I live out of state and Alyssa helped me to feel comfortable and completely satisfied with the work by providing updates and photos at my request.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are based by the square footage for housekeeping and by the job for all other work. We provide a detailed pricing quote with each offer for services we make so that everyone has a clear understanding of the work to be completed and what the fees are covering. We do this to keep our customers well informed as well as to protect ourselves and clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with all prospective clients in person or virtually to hear their desired outcome for their home. We then offer suggestions based on our professional experience and if everyone wishes to do so; we provide agreements to be signed which protect all parties. After this, we move forward with scheduling the work to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire family has participated in all aspects of our services since the beginning. We put one of our parents through school for accounting, another family member graduated college with a degree in business and I (Tiffany) have spent hours researching information from code requirements to calling furniture makers to learn which products to use/stay away from for house keeping. I have attended countless business and networking meetings to learn the best ways in which to operate our company. At the end of the day, the most effective and meaningful education has been receiving feedback and interjections from customers. We have always put our customers' perspectives and desires at the forefront of our operational protocol which has made the most impact in our growth.
