- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricings depend on the house and how it is but for each new customer i charge more for the first time cleaning. Once the first cleaning price is settled if they would like me to come every often or so we can agree on a price and i will go every week or month depending when they would like for me to work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first i would either have a call with a new customer or text them ask them what type of service they are looking for, I ask if I can have a house inspection before giving out prices. From there first time clean will be a higher price, after that depending how often they want me to go I will set a price for each type of cleaning they would like.
