Chiresha, I’m sorry to hear that the clean was not to your standards. However, before we began, we walked through the entire home with you and carefully reviewed the agreed-upon scope of work. The areas now being referred to as “missed” were not brought up or discussed during that initial walkthrough. Regarding the marks on the wall, including the spot in the kitchen that I personally showed you, those appeared to be incorrect paint transfer or discoloration and could not be removed with any cleaner or disinfectant. That is not a cleaning issue. I also want to clarify that we returned the same day, after our final clean of the day had already been completed, and arrived within approximately 30 minutes. Because this was an added same-day return, our supplies were not fully restocked, but we still made the effort to come back immediately and address your concerns. I also need to address the comment implying that someone was a criminal. That was completely inappropriate and inaccurate. The phrase “getting back into life” had nothing to do with criminal history. It was in reference to someone recovering from the loss of a child and coming out of a difficult depression. I did not want to share that personal information, but I feel it is necessary to clarify, since an unfair assumption was made. Lastly, I did respond to your message. Your original text was filtered into my unknown messages, which caused the delay in seeing it. We made every reasonable effort to communicate, review the scope, return quickly, and address the concerns brought to our attention. I understand you may be unhappy, but I do not agree with the way the situation or the people involved were characterized.
