Had Sean come out a quote regular bi-weekly maintenance. Sean came out, on time and was eager to explain his services. We walked the property, he explained why he would like to do this, do that, and what I expect to see. After the entire process, I went ahead and hired Empire on to handle my service. Scheduled for today. Sean called ahead, told me he would be joining his team to ensure everything we talked about was done without issues. The team spent the time needed to do it all. Trimmed tree, Replaced dead bush, rack, mow, blow...did it all. I opted for a 6-month guarantee weed deal. Essentially he has a great spray that will GUARANTEE dead weeds for 6 months. Very good value for this, and covers ALL gravel areas. I thought this was a must, since his team would be here every 2 weeks to see progress. If not, he takes care of. This was maintenace #1...of what I hope is many many more. Give this local buisness owner a change to keep your yard nice and clean. Thanks Sean!

Empire responded to my post within the hour I posted and came out within a couple of days to give me my estimate for my clean up project and then for regular service. Though there were bumps in scheduling, the rescheduling was completed in a professional manner. The price was amazing and the job done was beyond my expectations. My front and back yards have never looked this good.

Sean responded to my inquiry right away here on Thumbtack. He met with me to discuss the details of what we were looking for and offered his own suggestions as well. He listened to our needs and concerns throughout the project. We ran into only a few small issues that he and his team fixed promptly. His team and partners were considerate, did great work, and everything was handled in a very professional manner. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

I've been working with another company for over a year, repeatedly tried to get them to get it right. I just had Sean and his crew over, they nailed it the first time. His crew did an amazing job. Just after talking to Sean for ten minutes, I knew he would do a great job and really cares about the service his company offers. You will NOT be disappointed hiring Sean and his crew, if you are I'll come over and mow your yard for free (not really but you get my point). Thanks again Sean
