recently had MTM Masonry and Construction replace a concrete patio and build a brick wall for our patio home.
Manuel (the owner) and his team did an absolutely amazing job!
Here are some details:
1. Value- the cost of the project was very fair and the quality (and attention to detail) exceeded expectations.
2. Communication- outstanding and rapid communication from start to finish. I can't emphasize enough how great they are to work with.
3. Dependability- always showed up when they were scheduled to. typically would arrive early.
4. Timeliness- Manuel has a good crew. They are effficent and great at what they do-we finished 5 days ahead of schedule
5. Flexibility- we made a few changes to the building plan along the way and they seamlessly incorporated into the work plan. Additionally, they handled other things such as sprinkler head movement, painting, and new tree planting in addition to the construction work- it was a seamless, "one-stop" experience.

The end result is fantastic. I had lattice that critters had gotten into. The guys replaced insulation and cleaned up the mess before building up the brick under the house. It turned out fantastic! Excellent work and I’m so appreciative of their hard work.
