Our pricing is based on the type of piano, difficulty of the move, access conditions (such as stairs or long distances), and travel. We focus on providing fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. We also explain any factors that may affect cost upfront so customers know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers! We try to build trust through transparency and great work! We take pride in our customer service and want to make sure our customers both new and reoccurring are completely satisfied with our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience moving all types of pianos in a wide variety of situations. In addition to our moving experience, we also have engineering backgrounds, which gives us a technical approach to planning and executing complex moves. We aim to complete every project with the same level of precision, preparation, and attention to detail you would expect from an engineering mindset.
