Sierra has been a close friend of mine for a long time. We grew up together, but grew up and moved on to do different things in different parts of the world. I did this weight-loss program about a year ago. It was way better and effective than I expected! I tried many types of diet before but so far this one is the best. Most of the diets I experienced was either starving to death or serious yo-yo effect. But this program was very well balanced in nutrition perspective. My eating habit changed to healthy way that I am not experiencing yo-yo until now. The best part was my cholesterol level and blood pressure all got back to normal again!
