Danny is great, he planned a nutrition and work out program for me that I can use any where I go whether it be my home or a hotel. Danny also gave me an inside work out plan and outside work out plan , so depending on the weather or how I feel, I can do either one! I love the freedom of not having to change my schedule and living a healthier life. I would strongly recommend using Coach Daleys programs to improve your quality of life.

I'm very happy with choosing Kelly Athletics because I truly believe I have received the best personal training service. My biggest fear before starting personal training was that I would have a trainer that would be intimidating and inconsiderate. Kelly is the exact opposite. To say that she is passionate about what she does would be an understatement. Kelly constantly finds ways to work with her clients by allowing same day rescheduling to ensure working out as a priority, giving free nutrition advice, and keeping clients accountable with daily food logs. In my personal experience I had foot pain while working out, but with the guidance of Kelly I was able to help my plantar fasciitis pain with shoes she recommended. I also had issues with my squat form but within just three weeks, I improved my form with corrective strengthening Kelly provided through a pre-workout stretching booklet she made herself. I'm proud to say that in the six months I have trained with Kelly I have nearly doubled my strength all around, lost 4% body fat, lost six inches, and maintained my healthy weight over this period. My contract is sadly coming to an end but I plan to renew because training with Kelly is just that awesome! I love her encouragement and abundant knowledge of how to live a healthier life. If anyone is considering starting personal training, Kelly Athletics is definitely the way to go!

Amber is such a delight. Her knowledge of nutrition combined with her experience of teaching yoga is the perfect combination for someone you want looking out for your well being. Gabriel has helped me build muscle and gain strength. He always believes in me far more than I do myself and motivates me to push harder. I have always been intimated by large gyms and the atmosphere they provide. Gabriel new that upfront and made me feel extremely comfortable in the small gym setting and with the equipment. I have been working with Bill for almost 3 years now and the changes in my body are remarkable.     Corrie helped me get in shape for a hiking vacation in Wyoming. She was excellent, utilizing many different types of exercise and fitness to get my older body in shape. She was very knowledgable about the physiology and anatomy of the body and even made recommendations about nutrition. I always felt just the right amount of challenge after each session. Needless to say, the vacation was a breeze. Highly recommend!

    Jerry is a dedicated and experienced personal trainer and brings goal setting upon completion of his assessment after your first workout. Over time as your achieve your goals ( mine were strength and overall conditioning after double knee replacement surgery).We have moved on to additional goals of weight loss and nutrition planning which we achieve by a combination of cardio kick boxing, daily boot camps ( the Saturday ones are special) and personal training sessions. Results: Feel great, greater strength and balance, strong core and yes down 40 lbs. Excellent person who wants YOU to succeed.

    How much does a nutritionist cost?

    A nutritionist provides expertise and guidance to help clients with all diet-related health matters, including losing weight, gaining muscle, improving their sports performance, and managing diabetes or high cholesterol.     Are nutritionists covered by health insurance?

    Nutrition counseling can be a critical component of good health care, especially for people recently diagnosed with diabetes or high cholesterol who need to adhere to a specific diet. People also meet with nutritionists for help developing a healthy vegetarian or vegan diet, developing an eating plan to lose weight or gain muscle, or improving their sports performance by changing their diet. Nutritionists may be covered by health insurance depending on your reason for meeting with them. Nutrition counseling is more likely to be covered if it is part of a doctor-prescribed treatment for a particular medical condition, such as diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure or coronary heart disease. For example, Medicare covers medical nutrition therapy services only for people diagnosed with diabetes or kidney disease, as long as they get a referral from their doctor. Also, insurance providers more often cover nutrition visits if the patient has been referred to a registered dietitian within the carrier’s network of providers. Insurance plans vary greatly, so research your benefits before visiting a nutritionist.
