- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are by the hour per person. $75 per hour per person for packing, organizing and unpacking. We provide a complimentary consultation so we can see what we will be doing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free onsite consultation to determine what the needs are. Then, we provide a quote for labor and packing materials (if needed). Once the estimate is approved, we put you on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cheryl has a 4-year business degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago. She has been trained as a move manager and can handle multiple priorities at a time.
