- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base pricing system that is extremely competitive and affordable, but I also pride myself in the flexibility to work with all types of budgets and special needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is get to know some more information as to what the customer is looking for by either speaking directly or sending a questionnaire. With the additional questions I am better able to quote a price for services while making sure I meet and exceed the guests needs, wishes and wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary degree and have over 25 years experience as a restaurant owner, caterer, personal chef, and cooking instructor. I have catered 1000's of successful events from 2 to 5,000. I have been teaching hands-on exciting cooking classes and demonstrations and was the Chef for D-Life TV for several years.
