I cannot even express just how happy I am that I found such an awesome personal trainer! Jed Jobe is fantastic. He is great at working with his clients, and you can really tell that he cares. I admit I was nervous to start up with personal training, but that disappeared when I had my first session with Jed. He's really personable, and great at showing you different exercises. Also, he's really good at explaining why we do them. He understands that every one of his clients is different, and that fitness is a personal journey for everyone. Honestly, I can already tell a difference in how I look and feel after only six sessions. I am stoked to continue on my own personal journey with Complete Training and Fitness.

I've been working with Jed for two weeks. He is great at explaining every exercise and the reasons behind why he has you do each exercise. He pays attention to your form and helps you improve each and every workout. I would highly recommend Jed as a personal trainer.

I have worked out weekly with Jeb, for about 7 months. I have been extremely thankful. He is very professional and sensitive to my particular needs. He is always prompt and always ready to explains why we do a certain exercise and what to expect. He is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever worked with. Always pleasant to me & others.
