- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price on the number of pets, number of visits, length of time per visit, and duties needed. We offer many different options to custom the right fit for our clients. Mix and match services to what the client has in mind. If you don't see a service talk to us I'm sure we will be able to accommodate the right service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important for us to meet with the clients and there fur babies a week prior to starting the job. We like the pets to meet us and feel comfortable with us, so when the job starts they know us. This also gives us a chance to talk about schedules, medications, feeding habits, and emergency contacts. We will also be able to answer any and all questions you might have. Its very important to us that the client is very comfortable leaving their loves in our very capable hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are previous Weimaraners breeders. We would doc their tails, administer all medications, and get their papers together. We not only bred them, we trained show dogs, for many years. We have owned many different animals over the years like birds, dogs and snakes.
