- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we offer quality materials with best warranty, and all work done by background checked employees, that are professional plumbers. Might not be the lowest price but for the service that we give, your going to have the best price around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Mostly with all customers, is getting to know what they want and then offer them options to get there end result. This way they don't have to say boy I like that plumber but I wish I would have known to do something else.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
