At Vega, we have invested in a very unique app that allows us to track the chemistry and health status of all of our customers pools. Most pool guys never inform their customers about the current health status unless the customer has to ask. At Vega, we send you the chemistry report either every week or month depending on what your preference is. Also, when our Pool Pros arrive to our customers homes, our app will automatically send the customer a text or email letting the customer know that they have arrived onsite. We can also have our app send the customer another text or email letting the customer know that the service is complete as well. We love the pure satisfaction of over achieving our customers expectations. No we are definitely not perfect, but we have changed a few things in the pool industry that have set us apart from every other pool company out there. We love it when our customers notice the difference from their old pool guy to us. It truly is a night and day different experience.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Before starting service on a new pool, we perform an inspection to be sure that everything is running properly and to asses the service level needed to maintain the pool in the condition the client wants.
