Introduction: Are you tired of looking at your dirty house or driveway? I can help! At AZ Power and Softwash we offer exterior cleaning of the driveway, siding, walkways, pavers, patios, cool deck, and roofs as well. Is your outdoor furniture in need of a clean? Don’t worry we got it! Did you know power washing alone does not always get in the small crevices. Our pretreatment helps loosen dirt and stain in the hard to reach cracks or crevices. This helps insure a cleaner and longer lasting results. Also our soft wash system cleans the siding of your home through a chemical compound. Difference between soft wash and power wash is that the power wash uses high pressure to remove dirt but at the same time it may damage the siding. Soft wash is a mixture of sodium hyperchlorid, surfactant, and water, this helps loosen the dirt and stain on the siding. Low pressure is used with the soft wash system insuring no damage to the home is made and helping with the longevity of your exterior paint.

Juan was excellent! We had stains COVERING our patio around the pool that we scrubbed and power washed for hours with no results. Juan came out, was on time, and stayed in contact/ took pictures of his progress to let us know how it was going (we were unable to be at the residence for the cleaning). My husband went to the house this afternoon and the area is spotless! He was fair priced and able to get us in his schedule quickly. We will definitely use his services in the future and will be sure to spread the word!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by inspecting the areas that will need cleaning. At the start of the project we pretreat. Give the pretreatment 10-15 minutes to loosen up dirt, oil, rust, etc. Than proceed with the power washer to agitate and remove the organic and impurities on the surface. Last we apply post-treatment to insure longe lasting cleanliness of the surface.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by power washing the homes my brother was about to paint. In order to insure proper sticking of the paint on the exterior, we need to remove dirt and loose debris. I have been doing this for years and since I had all the equipment to clean driveway, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and even soft wash. I use the soft wash method for homes that will not get painted but have organic growth or stains do to rain or plants. Soft wash helps restore the homes paint and helps insure longer lasting exterior paint.
