We strive to provide high quality work and fair prices. We believe in authenticity, and we guarantee our workmanship. Taxes are included in our estimates and there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers! The process is simple. We will gather the information necessary to give the most accurate estimate (usually between 3-5 questions), answer any questions our customers may have for us and then schedule the customer if they are ready to proceed. A copy of the estimate will be emailed to them as well as a confirmation of their appointment. If they are price shopping, we will email a copy of their estimate and follow up with a phone call within 3 business days to ensure they do not have any further questions and to confirm if they have made a decision.
