- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set off of the percentage of your earnings for the month. This way I can guarantee my hard commitment to you as your property manager. What better way to push my self to book your home then knowing my income is based off the work I do to manage and bring back happy guests time and time again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Face to face is the best practice for me! Being able to speak in person and see exactly what your needs are. I am a firm believer that the best outcome is great communication. Being able to take notes mentally and physically allows for me to manage a property to get the most out of what your offering. I am always open to phone, video conference or onsite meetings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
What better experience to have in property management then running your own properties from afar. With recently moving to Arizona, I left behind one of my rentals in California. With being away from California my Airbnb property is still number one in my area for renting. My conversion rate of bookings in a month is an average of 23 days.
