- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The monthly management fees are 8% of monthly rent and first month's rent for leasing a new tenant. There is a 10% fee of funds for reimbursements due to property management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Long term relationships are founded on clear communication of expectations and honesty about what each other want. As a property manager I've faced many of the hardships that come with landlording and I know you want your assets in good hands. I explain what I do, identify where you need help and if we'll be a good fit. After that, we set objectives and prefer/ adopt methods tailored for the situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience talking to Section 8 and many other housing assistance programs making a smooth and quick process for move-in. I have been continuing my education in property management classes offered by the National Association of Property Managers which provides invaluable resources to its members. Most importantly, I have experienced consultants helping me grow my business.
